I've never read/heard those lyrics before but I think this piece illustrates them beautifully - the silhouette & ?negative space people (where her hair wouldcontinue ) are perfect

Powerful layout which certainly conveys the message. I, too, like the lyrics but have never heard the son.

Wow!! You've captured loneliness through your colour choice, the poetry and the harsh paint strokes. The faceless crowd with scribbles running across them shows how each of us feels the same yet is every bit as isolated.
