Wow, Christa! You have been busy this morning! Another beautiful LO! Love the collection of photos, and that background paper is spectacular, particularly the addition of the Union Jack. Fabulous captures! And I love your title!
@jazzmatazz thank you so much re the page and the bg.. I kept blending and blending... It is actually 2 papers.. the rest is a book page element that I set to mulitply or linear burn blend mode and added some paints etc. Thank you. I loved being in the UK last year and took lots of photos of the gardens.. we were in St James' Park, along with Hyde Park and of course the grounds of Buckingham Palace .. so gorgeous!
I agree, it is seamless and gorgeous. I was drawn to the Union Jack and love how you did that as well. I really admire the way you can put a lot of stuff on one pay and not take away at all from the pictures. I'm still trying to work on that
@docsheila1 Sheila do you use PSE or Photoshop? I have a style that I made for download that is for "fonts so they don't float" (tutorial on the blog that was written for PS) and blend into the paper... I use it for everything..
I used it to blend a lot of the papers together for the paints and all so it is more subtle ... the union jack is done that way too.. I duplicated it after I applied the no fonts float style and then adjusted the blend mode so it looked good blending into the paper. I do that with all my paints and all...
