Valorie Wibbens - Finally papers, Sprinkles v32 and v34

With another layout with this effect I was asked how I did this ... I scrap with paintshop pro, I used a b&w photo, effects -> edge effects -> high pass with radius at 50, then effects -> artistic effects -> posterize with levels at 5. This layer I use blending mode hard light. Then I added paint elements and played with the blending modes of those layers and then I used the eraser a bit.

Amazing! I think I might have to try this and see if I can do this in PS! Very arty!!!

This si gorgeous! I love the simplicity! So cool. I wonder how this can be done in PS! The black background was the perfect choice for the sentiment - very strong
