It was the night of the annual Oktoberfest Torchlight Parade; mommy and Eric took you and your older siblings. We walked over from the house to find that our spot had been stolen by another family! Mommy had set out blankets earlier that day, but our blankets were thrown in a ball up on the curb and moved! Mommy wasn’t very pleased. Although we had walked down to the spot over an hour before the parade our spot was gone. We had to walk up and down the route to find a new spot! What an adventure! We finally found a tiny spot down the road with just enough room for the five of us. Eric and mommy handed out glow sticks and we got them all lit up for you. We laid out the blankets and enjoyed our picnic dinner of Subway subs and chips. We were right down the road from the local Sweet Shoppe and Eric treated us all to some home-made ice cream cones! Being late Sept. In Wisconsin the fall weather was finally starting to show and right before dusk, the wind hit. Good thing we came prepared. We bundled you all up in your coat and mittens to keep warm. You snuggled next to mommy and annoyed me every two seconds asking when the parade was to start! You could not wait to go run out and get some candy! And you were the first one to notify us that the parade was about to begin when the gun went off. What a fun time you had! You even got to see your best friend marching in the parade!

first your layout is beautiful! I love your large paint spat! second... how rude people are so ME ME ME! hope they didn't have children who saw what their parents did!
@Sokee oh they had kids with them too! I made sure to tell them how "wonderful" of example they set for their children and did it loud enough the whole side of the street heard me. He had the nerve to tell me I should have been there "eariler" to save my spot.. I told him.. thats why my blankets were there. .. I guess I was suppose to skip work and sit there all day so he couldn't? ugghhh some people
