Description
This is MOC5 #29 A layout with no photos!

I decided to write a little love note to our future foster children, based around the reality that we are licensed for 4 kids, hopefully a sibling group.

I used a template from 12 month Album Templates by Scrapping With Liz and The Lilypad Collab Of Wishes, Hopes, and Dreams to create this layout!
