The photo is of me, in the early morning (can you tell??) when the kids wanted to decorate the Christmas tree a few weeks ago and decided to decorate tired & wired me instead.

as far as trees go, you're a good one! that owl apron would score extra points with me if MOC allowed but, alas, it can't help you out today but your partial extraction and wrapping over the front & back of the F is really clean -those handcut looking lights add to the fun vibe here - well done (and i forgot about these TN overlays, saw the image in the thread and i thought you had done the quickest hybrid known to man for this challenge!)

Thanks for your lovely comment, Justine!
The 'apron' is actually a knitted dress, I'm wearing a cardigan over it bc it has short sleeves, but I can see why you think it is an apron. I love those little owls too!
The extraction is far from perfect and actually quite hastily done (I wouldn't dare putting something like that in one of my kits) but works fine for a layout. I had fun doing some extra effects (can you spot the bloated and warped elements/background behind the F?)
Too bad you read the credits... I would love to have people think I can make hybrids like that, especially in this timeframe  But to have you fooled is entirely thanks to the talented @justjaimee with that beautiful realistic overlay.

That is such a fun moment to document. I love the extraction and the way you assembled everything into the notebook.
