Journaling:
Michael and I were walking through California Adventure to the newly reopened Pixar Pier. It was a hot, sunny day and we needed to take a break from the heat. We walked past the Sunset Showcase Theater and I noticed they were showing Pixar shorts – perfect solution! One of the shorts, in particular, made a lasting impression, LAVA. We were about 6 months into our relationship and I think we both knew we had something very special. As we watched the video and listened to the song we held hands and shared meaningful looks with one another. It was a magical Disney moment we won’t forget.
