journaling on US lower 48: Every story has a WHERE. The WHERE is part of the fabric of our lives. In Our Story the WHERE is less a backdrop for making memories, less a location for living, and more its own Character, changing over time and influencing our own steps. WHERE we live has never been in our control. And so...WHERE we live has become less important than HOW we live, WHAT we do, and WHO we choose to be. In fact WHERE we live has shaped the HOW, the WHAT, the WHO and the WHY in ways I never thought possible before. WHERE we live has required us to make homes in houses we never would have chosen. WHERE we live has given us opportunities to discover new lands. WHERE we live has challenged us to open our minds, try new things and be intentional with finding beauty whereever we stand. WHERE we live has led us to discover new friendships, new foods, new cultural norms, new fun.
