OK, give me the dish, how do you like that spiralizer and what kind did you get? I've been intrigued by so many of the lovely salad recipies I've been seeing this summer. That fish, OMG, I've always wanted to try that and my oldest grand would be in heaven!
i almost bought one of those spiralizers .... it's sitting in my amazon cart as we speak. paired with the wine it looks so yummy! now .. that fish photo! oh my bet he was thrilled and the text with the soccer mom ... i love it! this is so great.
@NancyBeck and @jenn macabre the one I bought is a Paderno. I bought it on sale at Williams Sonoma for like $29.00. It works really well - I think the key is to make sure the legs are really stuck to your counter so it doesn't move around. I've only done zucchini but everyone really likes it - would love to try it with some salad recipes!
