This was it, the last time riding Vamos. The last time you put his sadel on and taking it off, brush him, putting your halter on him. You met Vamos for the first time at Manage Smit and he soon became your favorite horse. Even though he could sometimes be quite annoying, with cantering, saddling up. Not bad or anything, but he always wanted to see what far he could push things.
When Aad and Yvonne sold the riding stables, Vamos moved to the Ripse Ruiters. Because you really wanted to keep riding, you went along. Every Saturday to Rijpwetering. There you could continue to ride and sometimes spend the whole day with him. Although Vamos was great as always, you and the stables didn't have a click. Then your old riding stables opened up again and you went back. The manage was nicely refurbished and peaceful with lots of lovely horses. Only no Vamos. So this was the day you had to say goodbye. Goodbye, dear Vamos.
