It was October of 2015 when I first met the incredible 5lb Apple Pancake. I was visiting my best friend, Ross, in Falls Church, VA when we decided to go out for breakfast. He introduced me to this place called the Original Pancake House. Now, I had been there before but never had their famous Apple Pancake. When I first laid my eyes on this 5lb gooey caramel apple goodness I thought what had I gotten myself into? But by first bite, I was in heaven. This pancake was a massive pile of deliciousness. I was very pleased with my choice in breakfast foods. It probably was one of the best and fluffiest pancakes I had ever eaten and way more than enough for two meals! I barely finished half before I was ready to waddle out, filled to the max with apples. The pancake had beaten me and would have to be defeated later the next morning.
