Description
Well this was a lot of fun!
I created my photo mat with a small rectangle and I clipped some papers and blended them, I added paint, a paper circle and some stitching to finish the mat.

Don't my shoes just scream summer!
And I wanted to use as many of the pretty papers from this bundle as I could
