My journaling describes my joy in finding notes from my mother which explained who made some of the items in her linen closet. The notes themselves or some of her jewelry (where I also found notes) may appear in future layouts. Unearthing them again 9 years after her death made them particularly precious this week.

Thank you. I chose this template because it gave me the chance to use most of the photos I took and didn’t require too many words. I have no idea who made which item. The note is written as if my mother no longer remembered either. Still so precious. The notes were a sign to me that I should take the time to decide whether I wanted to keep something or photograph it with care for scrapbooking.
