Journaling Therapy : this past few months i have been journaling as part of my journey to help with my depression without medication. It's a long road of ups and downs but i really find i like it when i'm not stressing about how it's "supposed to be" and just journal whatever. A big help was printing out motivational pictures and quotes to glue in my journal then my journaling fills up the pages more so i don't feel like i haven't wrote enough.
I am love with the process of making my journal, as I write out the pages..I do a bullet journal (first year) and call it Battle Plans...lol, but I so get your page..it resonates in my heart!
