I absolutely LOVE the way you scrapped your story! I guess dieting feels like punishment to all of us and personally I think that is the reason why it is so hard. It did result in a fantastic page though!
You are sooooo not alone! I had gained & lossed the same 30-40 pounds multiple times! After finally reaching my weight watchers goal, I kept it off for a whole year. So proud. But once the weather started getting cold this passed Fall, I've fallen off the wagon. I've gained almost 20 pounds. So frustrating. But Spring is coming & with the warm weather I vow to get walking again. For me, walking is the best & only exercise that seems to work because it's the only thing I can stick with. Don't get mad at yourself. Just work at getting back on track. One day at a time. If you mess up for a day, then try harder the next day. BTW, LOVE the page!
