I'm using an Erin Condren planner with the vertical weekly view. This is the daily/weekly view for January 4-6. I had these great plans to use daily blocks to log health information, but on days I feel especially bad, I forget to log anything. Trying to tweak it up a little in March and April to find something that will work for me. Supplies all came from the Storyteller January 2016 collection by Just Jaimee.
