One of our family values that we hope to instill in our children is the value of travel. Dan and I love to travel, and we have visited over 40 countries generally backpacking with 28l bags and only hand luggage. So to take the Bean to Portugal when he was only 3 months old required a bit more planning, organising and a lot more luggage. But it is important to see new cultures, have a reset from home and understand that the world is vast and there is so much to see!
