Journaling:
When I planted this pear tree in October 2010, which was so small, about 1 meter high, I had no idea that it could become so big and so beautiful, whether in spring, summer or autumn!
Well I must say that I took good care of it and for that documented, I learned for example, that it was not necessary to prune the first year after planting.
It gives us delicious pears from the beginning of July, which I pick before they are fully ripe, the fruits are big with a juicy and sweet flesh!
I have tried many recipes with pears, crunchy pear tarts, jams, fruit salad, compote, and even sorbet, our favorite is a melting pear cake, a delight and easy to make!
I'm not the only one to love this pear tree, Nuage loves to climb trees and the pear tree is her favorite, she sits comfortably on it and can watch her territory.
