Jan24_Hybrid Challenge_5 Affirmations

I rarely show the inside of my art journals. I consider them deeply personal spaces for me to express myself and say whatever I want!

I loved this challenge from Robin, perfect for a new year spread. I know these are not really affirmations, but I felt that they really suited my goals for 2024. To remember I don't have to do EVERYTHING and I can do ANYTHING I set my mind to.

I used one of my fave BYOCs - February 2020, that was released just before I started scrapping and it was the first thing I ever coverted. So many beautiful kits! I combined it with some amazing rub-ons from Dollar Tree!! I started with an acrylic paint base and once I had the whole thing completed, I went in with a black waterproof marker and added dots all over. This is one of my fave techniques.
