Journaling:

2006 We bought a Plain Jane fixer-upper - and it’s going to be a big job. Just 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. We moved from 2500 square feet and tons of storage, to 900 square feet and no storage.

2010 First round of kitchen reno complete, minor bath rehab, laminate in living room, dining room temporary third bedroom, still no storage.

2018 Nearly there - attic & basement converted, dining room is a real dining room. One bedroom, the living room and hall remain, and an extension on the back to complete Grammy’s efficiency apartment. We now have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

      Whoa! From 2 beds/1 bath to 4 beds/3 baths is amazing! And I'm a sucker for brick homes. :) Love how you've got the dates and what steps had been or were about to be taken. All those sayings along the side all fit a big remodel/reno project like this!
