What a great author page! I love the side by side photos of the book and the author. I also like the painted background and your use of circular elements.
@umyesh, thank you. We are lucky to have many wonderful opportunities to attend author events. I’m behind a bit because they were seeming repetitive but with this idea of author and book cover I’m ready to do some more.
@scrapchyck, thank you. This is the first time I’ve read with One Book, One Beaverton. I’ve been reading with Multnomah County’s Everybody Reads program for years. They usually fill the Schnitzer in downtown Portland (around 2000 seats) for that author talk. I’ll be out of town for that event this year. The book is Tomorrow, & tomorrow & tomorrow by Gabriel Zevin.

@bestcee, for years my book club has been reading the book chosen by a county library system which they call Everybody Reads. This is the first time we’ve participated on this program. So many wonderful books that influence my life.
