This is such a striking page, Christa. I love the stitching and particularly that right top corner with the multiple staples and ribbon. You are such an encouraging voice around here. I truly hope that you find what works so that you can feel like the beautiful person you are!!

I understand completely, I lost 40kg and kept it off for a few years but 20kgs have crept back on.........we can do it!!
