I love how the dark background, picks up the blue from the police uniform and closes in the page, enhancing the vertical, and focusing our attention on the birthday boy. The addition of the large word art stops our eyes wondering off the page and the paper hat added to the photo at the bottom adds a bit of quirky fun. Love it!
