The prompt for today reads: LET IT SHINE! LET IS SHINE BRIGHT!

I thought it was probably supposed to read "let it shine bright!" but remembered the big flap during the Clinton administration impeachment debacle when Bill said the famous line, "It depends upon what the meaning of the word "is" is." As a joke, I did this ATC, but liked it and decided to keep it for today's art journaling challenge.

LOL I can't but laugh when remembering his hold story.....dont think the world had laughed so much on an inciodent as much as his for quiet a while..... great sense of humor for the card!!!

fun idea for a page! deft'ly a creative take that i'm sure noone else would have come up with. these prompts are so cool to see how eveyrone interprets them. i am loving seeing all the pages! :)
