Is it too late to harvest?

Various UV products used, some are altered.
This after noon, i surprised to find that my one and only artichoke had bloomed!
This was my first time attempting to grow artichokes. I was a little disappointed when only one artichoke appeared. I guess I'll have to do more research for next season...
