@IntenseMagic Thanks Liz, she is the loveliest Dentist ever and she introduced me to the Oral Surgeon who was just as lovely. Thanks @KittyY it really was a huge moment for me!

Good for you. I had to smile at you pulling up your big girls pants and moving ahead (that one about the pants is one of my daughters sayings too). Love the touches of cheerful yellow to add a bit of cheer also.

ugh - i was just at the dentist yesterday - so not fun. the lead up to it may even be worse than actually being in the chair?!? jury still out on that theory though, lol! i'm glad you found one that made you comfortable enough! love the way the page came out with all the word art and journaling layered over the text paper, brilliant touch!
