I really liked this challenge...It got me a bit outside of my comfort zone...I really don't use a lot of watercolor paint...Not sure why,as it lends a lot to my scrapping style...This challenge forced me to go hunting for water color paints to use, that I typically don't really pay much attention to...I go for more of the deliberate types of paint, especially black heavier styles...But,this gave me a new way to look at my layout style...and I like that idea...Living & learning...
*As inspiration...I liked all 3 layouts...but chose layout #2 : here's the link :

My Inspirations :
#1. All the blue watercolor paint in the background : although mine is more on the green side of that tone...

#3. The rather large Title work : "One Fine Day" : I have large title work too : "Days Like These"
#4. The messy date : hers 2012 : mine May 2025
#5. The multiple WA strips : Mine too : I have 5
#6. The open background behind the watercolor paint : of white : mine is white also
#7. The more subtle journaling in black letters at the top right : Mine is also subtle in black and at the top right
#8. The red "Heart" element : I have red "Heart" Stamps
#9. She used subtle white stitching : mine is not subtle in brown and more rope-like
#10. She has a brown strip placed behind other pieces : I also have a torn strip placed behind & under one of my word art strips...
