I never knew that you'd feel so exhausted after having to use your rescue inhaler. I secon you for having naps as part of your treatment! The story did lead to a eautiful photoless page! Love how you used a frame for your journaling and the different alphas in your title ending with the bird, garding your story! Love the subtle splashes of colours too! Great layout!
