I understand-- this year for Christmas card photos, I hid behind my teenager son and just kinda peeped my head out. I am now dedicated to losing the weight I've gained in the past few years so I can be front and center for next year's photoshoot!
I like the colors and elements you have used- beautiful page!
i gained too and we took a big family portrait that will be a 24x36 canvas in my parent's home (my idea -stupid!) but i grinned and beared it and it is real life, so there! and i could totally steal that album name and make it my own! love your take on this challenge!
I love that you are making a decision to get in front of the camera more. You are definitely not alone in bein self conscious about weight or appearance. But I can tell you from someone who has lost a parent, I would wish for a thousand photos of her slightly overweight verses the two or three I have of her where she felt like she looked 'good enough.' Being in photos is one of the best gifts you can give to others.
