@Sokee thanks Barbara! Yes it is nice.. actually I would love to move but DH has seen his fill of moving over the years and he is settled. My brother has a 2nd home in Murrells Inlet, SC and now my BFF is moving within 20 minutes of my brother and that is where I would want to move to. Who knows.. just the thought of packing up selling and moving is overwelming and expensive as we get older (I will be 60 this year) and we just are not the same.. Our house here is a 2 story and that is another reason ... I understand re the kids loving the coming home feeling. When my parents sold the house I grew up in, in 1988, it was sad, but I think I was more gut wrenched when my brother & I sold their house in FL they moved to after that in 2013. I am happy here but I am always up for a moving adventure. Thanks again for your sweet comment and for the comment on my photo. It means a lot to me

I know that you mentioned your BFF moving as well. I would want to have a smaller place and be closer to those that matter - but I get that he is tired of moving too.

@Eyeore thanks Stefanie... yes he has moved too many times in his life. Re my BFF we have been friends since birth.. she lives in NY and while we talk every week and text everytime something quick happens, we would only get to see each other every few years.. either I would go up to NY or she would come here or with the guys we would go on a trip together. She will now be closer. but still not close enough.
