In the Beginning

Remembering how my oldest started out swimming:
Journaling: In the beginning there was a youn gman named Geary who wanted to swim for the neighborhood swim team. In the beginning, the
only strokes he knew were freestyle and backstroke (which he hated). In the beginning, he wasn't very good at diving. In the beginning, he took big breaths every stroke. In the beginning, he bent his arms when they should have been straight and kept them straight when they should have been bent. In the beginning,
he was worried about where the competition was and not about where he was going. But most importantly, in the beginning, he had a love of swimming!
