It will be one year since my mother died on the 26th, I'm not handling it well. We've got lots of great memories to be grateful for and I wish you could have seen her face when she insisted on tasting The Rock's tequila. She hated it. She hated it so much, she could only use a word in Italian, "This tastes like manast!" which sort of means yucky or at least, to my family it does. I am finding gratitude in small things. Her favorite flowers were daisies.
