I am in love with this page. I adore hedgehogs, we've had them as pets. That one is adorable. That one is wild and free and wonderful. I love the word for hedgehog too. Ours were named Vanilla Ice and Korban Dallas.
@trekmom It's so rare to see them nowadays. They are endangered in Sweden. It's such a special time to meet one. I fed him cat food and hoped he (or she - I don't know) would stay in our garden. We always leave piles around hoping that someone will decide to chose our garden for hibernation.
They love dry cat food, it must be super high in protein for them, the pricey stuff. None of that cheap stuff for hedgehog, lol. I hate that they are endangered. Do you think it's because people are taking them away for pets?
