Your page drew me in with its gorgeous colors and fun layout.  THEN I read the words. I can completely relate to this and I love the page even more for the words on it.  Such a great page!

I could have written these words myself except that I don't work at the Y.  I sure wish someone could figure out how to flip that switch to make me want to work for it and keep at it.  I hate the way I've gained weight, but not enough to quit eating junk!  Grrr...  Just know you aren't alone!
