      So the name of the donut shop is Hurts Donut? Interesting name. And yes, eating grains after not eating them will definitely make you sick. I've been grain-free for 5 or 6 years, MOL, and I haven't looked back. Over the past year I've been eating more carbs in the way of fruit, and the pounds are accumulating. Definitely going back to keto.

      @mcurtt yep- Hurts Donut Co.- they have a bunch of gourmet and unusual donuts-- and I liked that it was a play on the fact that the donut actually hurt me! My stomach was NOT happy with me and neither was my head- almost instant migraine. I think it was more the sugar than the grains-- I have had a few low-carb tortillas along the way, but little to no sugar.
