Feeling fine though a bit bored, cuz we just sit at home. I miss traveling, but, oh, the gas prices right now!

A lot is focused on food and eating right now, since we just started with WeightWatchers again. Lots of fruit and veggies, and actually, it's really, really nice to eat healthy again. Now I need to figure out WHY I just can't eat healthy without having to pay a company money to stay on track. My brain works in mysterious ways! I need to learn to stay on track by myself. How hard can it be???!!!!
If you look up "how long does it take to form a habit" you'll find that it is not instant - takes anywhere from a month to almost a hear - depending on the person and the habit they are trying to form. To me, eating heathy is a habit. It starts with buying good food at the grocery store and avoid buying unhealthy foods. I am usually good at saying "no" in the store...but once home the temptation is too great.
 
@ArmyGrl So true! Eating healthy sure starts in the store. Also: to remember you always have a choice. Sometimes you can choose to eat something not so healthy, but not every day.
 
Great documenting and very relatable too. I certainly get you on the 'bit bored' thing. And brains are just weird aren't they? :-)
