This is Quebec City in November. Adjusting to a new city with three kids in tow was a much greater task than I had anticipated. Things are getting better though.
technique: I used a large photo with the page photo overlay from Eclectic elements, using overlay blending mode at a low opacity. Stamps and transfers were then blended in to accentuate parts of the photo. The photo itself was also blended onto a subtle pattered paper, then I copied the photo layer with no blending mode and lowered the opacity to reduce the effect.
