Oh gosh! This layout give me all kinds of emotions! The page is gorgeously scrapped and I LOVE all that journaling, but also this is so scary too! I'm so thankful you went in when you did and that your surgery was a success and that you're finally starting to feel strong again. The picture with your sweet grandkids is awesome too. I love that someone took this picture for you!
