I love how you have documented, such a hard process, with such humour and that your son will be able to read over this, in the future, and know how much he was wanted. Breaking the journaling into numbered chunks (clearly defined by their own backing paper & alpha style) has made it easier to digest and the themed embellishments (pregnancy test, syringe and tablets) add interest.
