@AnneofAlamo it was loosely based off of Farrah's watercolor effect from a few MOC's ago - though to be honest I forget how she did hers exactly - I did mine with two layers - the top one I used "find edge"to create a pencil drawing look - then the bottom layer I did "watercolor" - then I clipped the watercolor layer to a watercolor splat for shape and played with the blending on both layers to get what I was looking for.

@AnneofAlamo lol, sorry - I was in the middle of bedtime - the find edge (for me - CC) is in the Effect menu - under stylize And the watercolor effect is in the filter gallery under artistic - ( I can take a screen shot in the morning if you like - the computer is shut down for the night)
