      Fabulous journaling on here! I loved reading about your house hunting. It's so stressful sometimes isn't it? I'm so glad that you had a good inspector who found all the problems with the blue house. Can you imagine if you didn't do an inspection and didn't know about that stuff until it was too late! Eeek! I love the ripped title... looks like you ripped up the first offer and moved on to a better place. Love the pass through too! We have 2 in our house and I love how much it opens up the house, but still gives a place to put furniture. :giggle

      @Karen i was thinking the same thing about the ripped title being like tearing up the first contract lol thank you! We felt very fortunate to have had a good inspector, even if at first it broke our hearts to consider walking away!
