Home is Where The Heart Is

I guess it is the American Dream to own your own home and for some that is a reality. However, for us, the home prices are so high that the elusive dream is just that - a dream. Or so I thought....until I realized that although our home is rented and technically not ours - everything inside is ours including the wonderful memories we have shared as a family. Hayley was born here - it is her first and only home. We had swimming parties with all your friends and not to mention a few slumber parties where no one actually ever slumbered! We have shared our holidays with your Grandmother before she passed away. We have celebrated birthdays and job promotions and we have shared our sorrows as well. We have a funny cat who loves us all and a fish that somehow manages to stay alive when you guys forget to feed it like you should. Yes we may not actually own a home but we most certainly have a house that is filled with so much love that we do have the American dream and then more! Heres to making more wonderful memories in our little rented home......
