Translation:
We went on a day trip to Dalby. Here my ancestors lived at the end of the 17th century. The father of the family (my great great grandfather) was from Norway, and his name was Oksøien, after the place where he was born. When the family later on moved to Orsa, for the father and the sons to start working in the forests here, the chose to change there name to Holmberg, perhaps to sound more Swedish? The name Holmberg, they probably took from Holmberget, the place where the mother of the family was born. When we got up on Holmberget, I took a stone with me, as a memory of the place, which gave me my name. Not until we were back home, I noticed, that if you held the stone a certain way, it looked like a heart.
