Dad took grandma Stolp to the hospital today so she could get her first COVID-19 vaccine shot. Afterwards he took her home and video-called me so I could talk to her while we could see each other for a change too. She told me that a couple of wood pigeons were building a nest in the tree in front of her house. She loved looking at them through the window, just like I always love to do. March 12th she will be able to get her second vaccine shot. Hopefully then I will finally be able to talk to her in real life soon.
