Description
This is my brother when he was little with our mom. I love how happy he is!
He turns 39 this month, I can't believe it... I made this as a birthday card for him.

I really like all the layers. I like how the empty frame is peeking out behind the photos. It makes the frame around his face seem part of the overall design.
