Happy Days are Here Again

I never imagined in 100 years I would be getting a service dog. Sadly my health took a turn for the worse and I had no choice. You became a necessity. I spent hours online searching for years for a service dog foundation that would train a dog like you, multi-tasked to alert to vertigo attacks, be a hearing dog and also help with mobility and balance. Years more I on a waiting list to get you, months of collecting donations to bring you home and hours of training so far. It is all worth it. All the times I prayed and cried paid off. I am still raising funds for your expensive training, but you are in my life. While you are not 100% trained yet and are only a month into very intensive training; you have already made my life easier and better with your presence. You are beginning to alert to vertigo attacks and you are learning my ears do not work as good as other humans and you must tell me when there are sounds I cannot hear. My sweet Neelix, you are the best comforter while I am at my worst and the best bed hog ever! While you are a trouble maker, as all puppies are, you are a blessing. I do not know what I would do without you in my life.
