For me, one of the best things about digiscrapping is getting to be on Creative Teams. Free product is wonderful, but I find myself fascinated by a designer's thought and creative processes, the energy of a CT, and how it all works together to make product shine. I feel like my scrap style has been evolving the last few weeks, and I find myself wanting to try new things and get fresh ideas.
This of course meant I was looking at other designers for inspiration. One of them was Lili Niclass, whose doodly and funky style I loved. I'd bought some wordart from her some time ago. She'd recently RAK'd me with her newest kit which I had fun playing with. It was an amazing, happy coincidence when a series of events (involving little birdies whispering in people's ears!) happened that led me to where I am now: a part of Lili's CT! I'm grateful--both for the opportunity AND for the support I experienced in a good scrap friend that brought this about
