It is amazing what a little yeast, barley, hops and water will create! This is the second time we have taken the tour there at the Guinness Storehouse. They show you all the stages needed to make the “perfect Pint”. The Storehouse tour is multiple levels, and if you look up while on the escalator you will see the area is shaped like a pint glass! The property was originally leased in 1759 to Arthur Guinness for 9,000 years. It is no longer the largest brewery in the world, but still is the largest producer of Stout. We always take the tour up to the gravity bar so we can see the 360° view of Dublin.
