that is some cool lavender (i don't think i've seen it with the petals sprouting from the top before) - i can't remember how far it was in Tas but i think it was east of Launceston, there was a massive Lavender farm, couldn't bring myself or convince the kids to try lavender flavoured icecream but if you love lavender fields, it might be a good day out!
