@LynnG aw thank you Lynn Yeah he looked good here I was about 5 (1966) when he had a stroke and so he was so much different after that. He passed when I was 12 in 1973... He was born in 1899 isn't that wild ?!

@cfile Wow. My grandmother was born in 1913 but a whole 'nother century (just) is amazing. Because I work with younger people they sometimes talk about their grandparents and I realise THEY were born not much before me and 1913 must sounds aeons ago to their grandkids!

@LynnG I was always fascinated especially when I was a kid with that.. My other grandfather was born 1902 and my other grandmother also 1902 and then my paternal grandmother 1905 I think... wild
